RE-BOARD Assessment & Report
Our all-points evaluation is a tool for boards of directors to come together as a cohort to reflect. With an 88-question survey and select interviews, the RE-BOARD team produces a custom diagnostic report on your board’s needs and opportunities for change. Assessment services can be customized to the time, budget and capacity available and combine well with other retreat facilitation, planning and coaching services.
Planning & Development Services
When it is time for growth and change, RE-BOARD will be there to facilitate and support you. Whether in a single board retreat, or a process that takes several months, RE-BOARD will facilitate and manage the research, engagement, synthesis and articulation of your new plan. Planning services can also be customized to the time, budget and capacity available and are best when combined with assessment and leadership coaching services.
Coaching & Guidance
All leaders do better with guidance. RE-BOARD coaching sessions may be held with one or multiple people from the organization by phone or videoconference to help contextualize, set goals, monitor progress and adjust tactics as you move towards a better board and a better organization overall. While single sessions are possible, our coaching works best over time. A minimum of 5 sessions over at least 3 months is suggested.
